              At Over the Moon Smile, we stand by the quality of our dental treatments. Our dental guarantee reflects our commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction.<\/p>

              Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:<\/strong><\/p>

              1. If a patient seeks treatment or correction from another clinic without prior written confirmation from Over the Moon Smile, we will not accept responsibility for any complications, further issues, or additional costs.<\/li>
              2. The guarantee is void if any issue is caused by one or more of the following:
                • Gum recession (either upward or downward)<\/li>
                • Problems related to previous dental work carried out at another clinic<\/li>
                • Weakening, damage, or decay of natural teeth<\/li>
                • Gum disease or untreated periodontal conditions<\/li>
                • Tooth loss or complications due to external trauma<\/li>
                • Systemic health conditions (e.g., diabetes, autoimmune disorders)<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                • Implant Policy:<\/strong>
                  • If a dental implant fails, Over the Moon Smile will provide a one-time replacement at no cost, provided the bone level is adequate and healthy.<\/li>
                  • This guarantee does not apply if failure is caused by smoking, poor oral hygiene, or non-compliance with post-treatment instructions.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                  • The guarantee is void under the following circumstances:
                    • Inadequate oral hygiene<\/li>
                    • Failure to attend routine dental check-ups at least once per year<\/li>
                    • Failure to follow medical or dental advice provided by our team<\/li>
                    • Neglect or misuse of dental restorations (including crowns, bridges, or prosthetics)<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                    • In cases where bone grafting is rejected, the clinic cannot be held responsible, as this is a natural body response that cannot be guaranteed.<\/li>
                    • Over the Moon Smile is not liable for chipping, breakages, or the loss of restorations if:
                      • The patient suffers from bruxism (grinding or clenching)<\/li>
                      • A night guard (gum shield) was provided and not worn consistently as instructed<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                      • If a patient does not return within 12 months of their initial visit to complete their treatment, Over the Moon Smile will not be responsible for any resulting issues or complications.<\/li>
                      • Natural movement or shifting of teeth over time is a biological process and is not covered under any guarantee.<\/li>
                      • The following are not covered by the dental guarantee:
                        • Travel costs, including flights and accommodation<\/li>
                        • Bite issue, pain, discomfort, or sensitivity in natural teeth<\/li>
                        • Cosmetic dissatisfaction after patient approval of the shade, shape, and design<\/li>
                        • Damage caused by accidents, trauma, or neglect<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                        • Travel Compensation Policy:<\/strong>
                          • If a patient must return to the clinic within 1 month of treatment for corrective care due to a verified defect, Over the Moon Smile will offer:<\/li>
                          • \u00a330 per night for hotel accommodation<\/li>
                          • \u00a3100 toward return flight costs<\/li>
                          • Invoices or receipts must be provided to claim this reimbursement.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                          • This guarantee applies solely to treatments performed by Over the Moon Smile and is non-transferable.<\/li>
                          • All guarantee claims must be supported by photographic evidence and clinical examination by our dental professionals.<\/li>
